Our in-house product development team can help launch brands and navigate the complexities of ecommerce through ads, supply chain management, and store management. We partner with sellers of all sizes, offering services to single-ASINs and multi-billion dollar international brands. 

The Role

Senior Manager, Account Management

VUUDL Media Group is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager of Account Management to lead our client success efforts. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of account managers, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth among our existing client base. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful management and retention of client accounts.

Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth, with a focus on delivering value-added services and solutions.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers at client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.

Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of services.

Basic Qualifications

Senior Manager, Account Management

    8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or other related fields

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    Proven experience in account management, customer success, or related roles, preferably within the media, advertising, or technology industry.

    Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving results in a client-facing environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

    Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts.

Nice To Have

Senior Manager, Account Management

    Experience working with digital media platforms, content management systems, or advertising technologies.

    Familiarity with digital advertising trends, metrics, and performance analytics.

    Certification in account management or customer success.

    Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
